Design graphical components in the Picture Designer. Integrated in Visual Studio, the Picture Designer is similar to the UserControl Designer. Instead of writing code to draw graphics, you simply draw graphics with the mouse.

The Picture Designer includes zooming, panning, rulers, and a grid. Editing operations include move, resize, rotate, shear, scale, edit points, and group.

Each component in the designer is a .NET object that can be animated.
